Lived experience, built into lasting care.
Victoria’s Smile Foundation began with one woman’s long journey through infertility, pregnancy loss and high-risk pregnancy—and a promise to make the road less lonely for others.
Founder Sade Adesakin waited nearly fifteen years to become a mother and experienced seven pregnancy losses. Her eighth pregnancy sharpened a conviction: women facing loss, risk and financial barriers should not have to carry the journey alone.
Established in Nigeria in 2019, VSF has grown from direct support for individual pregnancies into a connected maternal-health model spanning prevention, safe birth, women’s and children’s prosperity, family resilience and long-term infrastructure.

Three trustees hold responsibility for the direction, integrity and long-term stewardship of the Foundation.

The programme team coordinates beneficiaries, communities, providers and the practical work required to deliver support responsibly.
Mrs Tolu Alade
Coordinates programme implementation, community relationships and day-to-day delivery in Nigeria.
Mr Tayo Fagbemi
Supports beneficiary coordination, outreach delivery and the operational detail behind VSF programmes.
Volunteer network
Specialist time. Shared purpose.
Volunteers extend VSF’s capacity across beneficiary care, communications, partnerships, administration and community action.
Shalewa Apata
Supports communication with beneficiaries, practical needs coordination and follow-up through the relevant programme period.
Nike Olayinka
Supports the respectful communication of programmes, campaigns, beneficiary journeys and organisational updates.
Asia E. Jones
Supports fundraising opportunities, strategic relationships and resource mobilisation for VSF programmes.
Bolanle Ajidahun
Supports programme administration and the practical logistics behind outreaches, events and other activities.
