Smile Motherhood Programme
A structured pathway from antenatal care through six weeks postpartum for women facing high-risk pregnancies or unaffordable hospital care. Support can include medical bills, nutrition, transport, practical essentials and consistent follow-up.
Women’s Prosperity Network
A longer-term pathway helping mothers strengthen household resilience, livelihoods and confidence after the immediate pregnancy and postnatal period.
Children’s Prosperity Network
A child-focused pathway delivered in partnership with Calledo Africa, extending VSF’s care beyond safe delivery through learning support and opportunities that strengthen the future of children in supported families.
Victoria House
A long-term infrastructure project designed to bring safety, coordinated support and continuity of care closer to women and families. Victoria House is currently in development.
How we work

Programme officers work with health providers, public-sector stakeholders, community leaders and families. Cases are assessed, support is matched to need, and women are followed through the parts of the journey the programme covers.
