Aruna Abimbola who previously suffered 2 miscarriages and was taken on as a beneficiary at 7 months went into labour on 12th July 2024. She was told from the start that she would be undergoing a C-section but because she wasn’t booked for it earlier, she was asked to attempt normal delivery. She was admitted at 4cm. However, her contractions were not progressing well. After giving normal delivery a trial for two days, she was eventually wheeled for Cs on the third day and was delivered of a baby boy on July 14, 2024. After delivery, she and the baby were admitted for treatment and were discharged on 20th July 2024.
