MASTER Simon Adeola Akanmu

On the 3rd of May 2023 Mrs Akanmu Oluwafayokemi became a beneficiary of Victoria Smile Foundation. She was four month pregnant at that time. The foundation funded all her medical bills and also provided her feeding allowance bimonthly she also received various baby items for delivery. Few weeks to her delivery she became ill and was promptly taken to the hospital. After examination by the doctor, she was diagnosed with malaria and was given some treatment. The doctor advised she to give birth as soon as possible to prevent the baby from being infected with the malaria. She was induced in the evening two days after her first visit to the hospital. By the early hours of the following day, she was transferred to the labour room and by the early morning she delivered. The foundation supported her with cash gift after delivery because they had nothing to take care of the baby. We still maintain contact with the family to ensure their well-being.
